Refund Policy for Degreewala IT Training Institute

At Degreewala, we prioritize the satisfaction of our students. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to all students.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Students are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Before Course Start Date:
o Full refunds (100%) will be provided if the student withdraws at least 7 days before the course start date.
• Within the First Week of Course:
o If a student withdraws within the first 7 days of the course commencement, they will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee.
• After 7 Days of Course Start:
o No refunds will be granted after the first 7 days of the course commencement.


2. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be made in writing, via email to degreewalacc@gmail.com.
• Once the request is received, our team will review the eligibility and initiate the refund process within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during enrollment (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).


3. Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration fees and administrative fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Any discounts or promotional offers used during the enrollment are non-refundable.



4. Course Cancellation by Degreewala

• In the event that Degreewala cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollments, students will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in a future course without additional charges.


5. Online Course Refund Policy

• If a student faces technical difficulties that prevent them from accessing online classes, they must report the issue within 24 hours of the first session. Degreewala will resolve the issue or provide an alternative, but no refund will be issued after the first 48 hours of course access.


6. Changes to the Refund Policy

• Degreewala reserves the right to amend this refund policy as needed. However, any changes will not affect students currently enrolled in a course.
