1. No Refund Policy

All course fees paid to Degreewala IT Training Institute are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This policy applies to both Online and Offline Courses.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Lack of time or personal schedule conflicts
• Dissatisfaction with batch timing
• Personal or family reasons
• Job placement or relocation
• Switching to another course or institute

2. Non-Transferable Fees

• Course fees once paid are non-transferable to another person.
• A student cannot transfer their seat or admission to any other individual.

3. Course Access & Batch Commencement

• For Online Courses: Once login credentials, course materials, or platform access have been provided, No refund will be issued.
• For Offline Courses: Once the batch has started or the student has attended even a single session, No refund will be issued.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Institute Discretion Only)

A Refund or batch transfer may be considered only if:

• Degreewala cancels a course and is unable to provide an alternative batch or schedule.

In such cases, the decision regarding refund or transfer will be made solely at the discretion of Degreewala IT Training Institute.

• Students are responsible for reviewing all course details including syllabus, duration, fees, mode of training (online/offline), and batch timing before making payment.
